Atalaya

Atalaya is a residential area bordering the lower part of the road that leads to the village of Benahavis, close to where it meets the coastal A-7 road. With the parkland landscape of the Atalaya Golf & Country Club as its focal point, this residential area is made up of Atalaya, Nueva Atalaya and Monte Biarritz. Situated on a gentle elevation on the western side of the road, it overlooks the protected rustic land between itself and Guadalmina, which belongs to the Marbella municipality.

The area bordering the original Atalaya golf course is set upon a gentle rise, giving the apartments, townhouses and villas in this established residential zone dating for the most part from the 1970s and 80s - good golf, sea and mountain views. The apartments at Aparta Golf enjoy some of the finest views across the coastal area in all of Marbella.

Nueva Atalaya

Just a little further up the Benahavis road is the new extension of Atalaya, an area of luxury apartments overlooking the vega farmland and floodplain of the Guadalmina River, as well as the second course of Atalaya Golf. Close to all amenities, including a supermarket and bilingual school, it is surrounded by country vistas.

Monte Biarritz

This area, situated at the lower end of the Benahavis road, is an established residential suburb that was developed between the 1980s and 2000s. It contains an attractive choice of apartments, townhouses and also some villas in the medium price range. Monte Biarritz offers good value in a very central location close to all amenities, yet its peaceful residential streets belie the fact that this is one of the most conveniently located zones in the greater Marbella area.
